03 / INTELLIGENT CONTROL

Control that connects the process.

PLC-based control coordinates the production process. Electrical components and system details are presented in the catalogue.

PROCESS / APPLICATIONS

Light. Texture. Form.

Three finishing processes that bring another dimension to print.

01 / FOIL

A metallic accent.

Hot foil stamping transfers foil onto a substrate through a heated die and pressure. Metallic accents can highlight decorative patterns and selected details in print.

02 / EMBOSS

A surface you can feel.

Embossing gives paper a raised, tactile relief. It may be used on its own or combined with foil to explore both texture and reflected light.

03 / DIE CUT

Give the sheet its shape.

Die cutting creates the outline of a carton blank, while creasing prepares folding lines. Substrate, tooling and registration all matter to the converting result.

BEFORE WE TALK / SELECTION GUIDE

Start with your process.

Foil stamping or die cutting—which series should I explore?

Start with 1060TS or 1060T for foil stamping. For die cutting, explore 1060MS or 1060M. Share a sample and the required effect so we can discuss the appropriate pressure and configuration.

What should I prepare for a machine enquiry?

Please share your sheet size, paper weight or board thickness, required foil or embossing effect, production target and sample artwork. These details help us discuss suitability and tooling.

Does the listed maximum speed equal my production speed?

No. Mechanical ratings and production speed are different. Material, image area, tooling, temperature, pressure and the required finish affect the practical operating speed.

05 / LET’S TALK

Your next production step starts here.

Tell us your material, sheet size and finishing process. We will help you discuss the right configuration.
